1. About us
Current Nostalgia is an independent retailer of brand new and deadstock streetwear, footwear and accessories. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Our products
Everything we sell is brand new, deadstock and 100% authentic. Almost every item is a single unit — once it sells, it’s gone, and we’re usually unable to source a replacement.
Product photography is of the actual item wherever possible. Colours can vary between screens. Measurements are provided where available.
3. Brands and trademarks
All brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. Current Nostalgia is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or an official stockist for any of the brands we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the items offered.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item, and we may decline or cancel an order before that point.
Because our stock is limited and listed across more than one marketplace, an item can occasionally sell elsewhere in the short window before your order is dispatched. If that happens we will cancel your order and refund you in full, promptly. We may also cancel where an item is mispriced, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where we suspect fraudulent or reseller-bot activity.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We don’t store your card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.
7. Shipping and returns

8. Using this site
Don’t use this site unlawfully, don’t attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, and don’t use automated tools to scrape it or to buy stock. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we believe these terms have been breached.
9. Accuracy
We work to keep listings accurate but don’t warrant that everything on the site is error-free or current. Where we find an error affecting your order, we’ll contact you.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
